How do I cancel a booking?

Click on the cancel booking link in your booking confirmation email.

Follow the instructions.

How do I book the lodge for a large group (e.g. school)?

Contact a Lodge Booking Officer here.

Can I include non-members (guests) in my booking?

Yes.  A member booking into the lodge may include non-members in their booking.  Note that there is different rate for non-members.

What are the lodge payment options?

You can pay for the lodge bookings using either your credit card or with credit loaded into your digital wallet.

To top-up your digital wallet click on the links under the My Account menu.

How do I make payments to MTSC?

The MTSC bank account for depositing  your subs, lodge  payments etc. is:

Please ensure that any payments are clearly identified with your membership code and  a description of the payment.
