The plan is to explore some old tracks and trap lines and at the same time sharpen up some of our navigation skills. We will also look at dealing with emergencies and river crossing techniques. I will bring some laminated maps but if you have a compass, please bring it along.
If you are keen to join us either email or text me on 022 134 8384. Jeff Baldwin has offered to drive the minibus starting at 8am at Memorial Park.
The Inter-club quiz is to be held at the PNTMC in the evening so we will make sure we are back in plenty of time to get involved with that as well.
